By Jennifer MascolaThe cat tree is a residential development designed for cats that will be part of the city’s next development project in Prince Conde, a Jersey City suburb north of New York City.
Cat trees, also known as cat condos, are also used as storage space in some commercial buildings and are being designed for urban living.
In addition to condos, the development will include a mixed-use apartment complex and offices.
The developer said the project is an “adventure” in residential design that will include the addition of the cat tree.
Curtis Wirth, a developer of the project, said in a statement that the project “is designed to offer the city the opportunity to transform an already vibrant, vibrant neighborhood.”
Curtiss Wirth has partnered with the city of Prince Condes to build the development.
He said he plans to begin construction in December.
The development will be a mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
Wirth said it will include four retail spaces, a gymnasium and a rooftop terrace.
The units will be made up of four separate units with separate parking and utilities.
A building permit is required for the project.
The city will have to approve the project if it qualifies for a city subsidy program.
The city and developer say the project will be an “incredible investment” for Prince Condé.
Wuth said it is expected to generate $500 million to $600 million in economic impact.
The project will cost $7.4 million to build and will be the third cat tree in the city.
