The number of condos in Israel’s Jerusalem residential market is slowly recovering from the devastation caused by the Israeli war, which left thousands homeless, but only a few hundred are being sold.
The vast majority are currently being built for the wealthy, and a few of the best-performing properties have been sold to people who are looking for a safe, inexpensive place to rent for the holidays.
Many of the properties, such as the new condominiums in the Old City, are being built on vacant plots in the residential areas around the Old Jerusalem, where residents have fled to escape the devastation.
But for the last three months, many of the buildings have been under construction, with residents being allowed to move in and out as they choose, as the market recovers.
The condos that are currently under construction have a mix of prices ranging from $3,000 to $12,000, according to an Israeli publication, Haaretz.
The apartments are mostly rented out by family members or friends, but also include studios and one-bedrooms.
One condo is for a single adult with a three-year-old son.
The market has not recovered from the destruction caused by Israeli attacks on the West Bank and Gaza, but the construction boom in Jerusalem has continued.
The number one apartment market in Israel, according the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, is the Old Town area of Jerusalem, which was the site of the Six Day War between Israel and the Palestinians.
A large number of Palestinians have been killed and hundreds of Palestinians wounded since Israel launched its war on the Gaza Strip in 2006.
The war devastated the Old, and its residents, leaving the area devoid of people.
Many Palestinians left their homes to avoid the fighting.
The market has since seen a steady influx of young Israelis and foreigners, who have sought to get away from the conflict.
According to the Israeli publication Haaretz , one developer in the area recently announced that he was planning to build four apartment buildings in the center of the Old city, where Palestinians have long lived.
The developers plan to build on the vacant land in the city center, which is near the Old Tel Aviv Gate, the iconic site of Jerusalem’s ancient walls, and close to the Old Temple.
The plan is to construct apartments in a two-story building on the site and apartments in two smaller buildings.
One of the apartments will feature a spa for a fee of $12.50 per month.
The plan is similar to one proposed by Israeli developer Shaul Arava in 2015, who sold condos to families who had lived in the homes before the war.
Aravas plan to have apartments in five different apartment buildings on the city’s outskirts, including one building with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and one kitchen.
The other four buildings will be for $4,500 to $6,000 per month each.
The apartments are being constructed under a permit approved by the Jerusalem municipality.
The permits were approved by a Jerusalem district court and the High Court of Justice in 2015.
The permits were later rejected by the High Supreme Court, which ruled that the plans violated the right to a decent housing.
The High Court said the project violated the principles of social justice and the right of the people to return to their homes.
The court ruled that building apartments on the Old Gate was not the same as constructing apartments on a site that was already home to a number of Palestinian families.
The Israeli government’s decision to demolish all of the houses of Palestinians in the West, including some located in Jerusalem, has had a major impact on the population of the city.
Many residents of the West have found new ways to find a new home, and many of them are looking to sell their properties.
A small number of apartments have already been sold, and they are selling at a profit.
But the developers of the projects, who are also the developers and builders of the residential neighborhoods surrounding the Old Port, are not letting the situation pass them by.
According a statement by the company, Haifa, which owns the project, “We have built an apartment complex in order to build more housing for our residents, and now we are planning to demolize all of them.
This is the right thing to do.”
The development is part of a series of initiatives announced by Haifa last month, which are aimed at reestablishing the city as a destination for residents who want to live in a neighborhood where they are not forced to return after the war or to return during the next war.
The project is part the plan announced in March by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Housing Minister Uri Ariel to re-establish the Old and New Towns in Jerusalem.
In an interview with the newspaper Haifa , Ariel said that the project would create 200,000 new homes, while re-creating the neighborhood that was destroyed by the war, and creating jobs.
The housing project is a direct response to the massive displacement of Palestinian residents in the past two decades.
The Israeli government estimated that around 4 million Palestinians, including
