Condo owners are struggling to find buyers for their properties.
Condo sales in Toronto jumped almost 12 per cent to 2,822 units in the past year.
But many of the new listings are not suitable for the buyers they are supposed to be for.
The condo market has been in free fall for some time.
“People are still struggling with the fact that the condo market is still struggling,” said Tim Silliman, vice-president of the Ontario Condominium Association.
“It’s not going to rebound.”
