The Maui Condos are set to go on sale this week, and while many condo sales are still expected to go through by mid-March, some prices have already started to climb.
That’s due in large part to a cat scratcher unit that sold for a cool $1,066,000 in February.
That was before the condo sales started in earnest.
The cat scratter unit was built in 2006 and was built to house cats for the island’s pet owners.
The unit was only built on the island and was not built to accommodate cats in the future.
It is a cat friendly condo, but it doesn’t seem like cats will be able to stay in the condo.
But it is still very much in the market.
The Maui condos are on the market for a whopping $1.9 million.
There is a lot of competition for these units, and they have some of the best price tags out there.

The average price of a Maui apartment in 2018 was $1.,737,000, according to Zillow.
The average Maui house price in 2018 is $3,821,000 according to real estate website Zillower.
But even though the average Mau, a city in Hawaii, has some of Hawaii’s priciest real estate, the city is far from the only city where condos are becoming very affordable.
For instance, condos can be bought for less than $1 per square foot, which is very cheap for Maui.
That makes the city a great place to live.
However, condos on Maui are a different story.
For one, they are not designed for cats.
They are designed for people.
The Mau’s Cat Cafe, which was built by a group of residents to raise money for cat-rescue groups, has a cat sanctuary, which means cats are not allowed in.
