The firm has a presence in a dozen Florida counties and has plans to build more than 20,000 units over the next decade.
The group’s website says its condo projects will “offer a more affordable and sustainable lifestyle, which will be accessible to people of all ages and abilities.”
The website says the units will be “fully equipped with a wide range of amenities, including full kitchens, a laundry room, full bathrooms, a fitness center, an art gallery and much more.”
A Conda spokesperson said the company’s project, which the group hopes to complete in 2019, will include a pool, sauna and a fitness room.
The group said the pools, saunas and fitness rooms will feature spa services, fitness equipment and fitness equipment rentals.
The project is being financed with $1.4 billion in federal and state funds and the Florida Economic Development Corp. $1 billion loan.
It’s the latest in a series of projects the Conda group has completed in Miami.
The Miami Herald last month reported the firm had begun to explore new locations in the city and plans to expand into the city.
