Two years ago, the median price of a condo in Tampa Bay was $1.9 million.
The median condo price in the city of Tampa is $2.5 million.
It’s worth $1,900 per square foot.
And there are no units available at that price.
The condo market in Tampa is so saturated with luxury condos that some people are trying to squeeze in the middle.
And that’s where the Bunny condo comes in.
The $2 million Bunny condo is located on the edge of a shopping plaza, just across from the Disney World Resort.
A large sign above the door lists the price as $2,250 per square-foot.
The building is in a neighborhood known for a lot of condo-building, and its location in the center of town makes it ideal for families.
But the Bunny is also a great option for first-time buyers looking to move into a condo.
It has plenty of features, such as a big kitchen, fireplace, and private balcony, and it comes with all the amenities of a normal condo.
And for the most part, the Bunny condos are cheap.
You can find the Bunny for $1 million in the market right now, but if you can find it for $2 or more, you might want to look into a different condo.
