Prince Condé is happy to have the support of Rogers, he said.
“It’s not that they don’t like me, but they want me to play my game,” Condé said.
“And I’m doing that.
And I’m not letting them down.”
Condé said he had no regrets about his decision to play for Rogers.
He said he hopes to play in the NHL for a long time.
“It will be my favorite sport.
I know my kids and my family love it,” Conde said.
Condé, who is currently with the Toronto Maple Leafs, had a strong first season in Toronto.
He finished with 51 goals and 82 points.
Condemnt was named to the Hockey East All-Academic Team.
He was also named to Team Canada for the 2018 World Junior Championship.
Condé had three assists and three penalty minutes.
