The Dublin city council has revealed the best new cat condos for sale in the capital, with the best selling cat condos being in the suburbs.
Carrick Park in Coggan Street has been named the most expensive new condo by The Irish Examiner, while St Mary’s Park in Mountjoy Street is in third place.
The new condos are on the lower levels of the property and are only available to tenants who live there.
A total of four condos have been named best in Dublin by The Examiner, which takes into account the number of cats living in each apartment.
The top-selling cat condo in the city is in the suburb of Mountjoy, with a value of €1.25 million.
The best-selling condo in Dublin is at St Marys Park, which is on the higher floors.
The St Mary and St John’s cat condos have a total of 14 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, which are located at the same time as the apartment units.
The condos have three different styles of bath and shower rooms, which feature a single toilet and an attached shower.
The most expensive cat condo on offer in Dublin was in the St Mary Street area, which has a total price of €3.2 million.
In the capital it is believed the best condo is at the newly-opened Strand Cat Centre in Clondalkin Street.
The St Mary Cat Centre has three bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The other three most expensive condos in the market are at the former Irish Water headquarters in the Strand, at the new Dáil House in Clonmel, and at the current St Mary House in Waterford.
