The latest listing on Condos.com shows a three-bedroom, two bath, four-bath unit on a three story building in Orange County.
The condo has an average price of $1,839,000.
The listing comes on the heels of another condo listing that shows the unit with an average asking price of more than $1.4 million.
The Orange Beach area has seen some major growth over the past year.
“Orange Beach has always been a hotbed for luxury condo development and we’re really excited to see more,” said Steve Sperling, managing director of Condos in Orange.
As a part of a condo boom, condos have become a more desirable option for the middle class.
In 2016, the median home price in the Orange County area was $947,500, and a year earlier it was $878,800, according to the Orange Beach Real Estate Board.
The Orange Beach condo market has been on the rise for years.
According to a report from Zillow, the average price for a condo there was $2,074,900 in 2016, up 10 percent from 2015.
While condos are becoming more affordable in Orange, the area is still considered one of the most expensive in the country for a median home value of $2.449 million.
Condos are a prime option for those looking to buy a condo or condo-style home.
For example, you can find a condo with a garage, walk-in closets, a backyard patio, a garage full of pool equipment, a deck overlooking a lake, and an open kitchen with a built-in fridge and pantry.
This unit also comes with an open garage and walk-out closets.
However, if you’re looking for a more modest home, you might be better off with a house, a townhouse, a duplex or an apartment, according the ZillOW report.
A number of factors can help determine if you want to buy or rent a condo.
First, if your income is under $75,000, you may want to consider a home with an attached garage.
You’ll also want to look at a condo that’s located near a school, as it’s a good place to live when you have kids.
Also, consider the number of bedrooms in your condo.
If you have a large amount of bedrooms, you’ll want to rent out at least one bedroom in your home.
If your condo is on a smaller lot, you could consider renting out a lot of rooms.
If you want a condo without a lot, a walk-up unit with no entry, and have kids, you will probably need to consider the area and whether you can afford the property.
