It takes at least a year to get your condo approved.

How do I find a condo in New England?
The best way to find a condominium is to search through rental websites.
In most cases, you can rent a one-bedroom condo in your area or even a two-bedroom.
If you’re looking for a condo, you might consider a three-bedroom apartment in a more desirable neighborhood.
Some condos are even available for rent.
If that’s not enough, you may also consider buying a condo outright or in some other type of development.
But many condos are listed for rent in a rental stock, so you’ll need to contact a real estate agent.
You’ll also need to get approval from the city.
In the case of condos, you must also pay a $10 monthly fee and be responsible for all of the maintenance of your condo.
How does the state regulate condominiums?
You can get approval for your condo from the New Hampshire Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).
